Job Description:

Experience: More than 5years

Seeking a female candidate only, below 45 years old.

Responsibilities:-

Calendar Management: Efficiently organizing and managing schedules for team members.
Expense Claims: Handling expense claims and reimbursements.
Travel Planning: Coordinating travel arrangements and ensuring all logistics are covered.
Documentation: Managing and maintaining important documents and records.-
Event Arranging: Planning and executing events with attention to detail.
Workshop Planning: Organizing and coordinating workshops, including logistics andmaterials.
Medical Claims: Assisting team members with the medical claims process.
Team Engagement: Supporting activities to enhance team cohesion and engagement.
Minutes Taking: Recording and distributing minutes of team meetings.
Administrative Support: Managing various administrative tasks such as stationery and meeting room bookings.
Transportation Coordination: Booking cabs for townhall meetings and other travel needs.
Team Outings Coordination: Organizing and managing logistics for team outings, dinners and lunches.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
