Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and managing visitors: Welcoming guests, clients, and visitors to the office, ensuring they are comfortable and attended to.

Answering and managing phone calls: Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.

Administrative tasks: Maintaining records, sorting mail, preparing documents, and performing light data entry.

Facilitating meetings: Scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.

Supporting other staff: Providing general administrative support, such as booking travel, ordering supplies, and managing schedules.

Ensuring a positive office environment: Contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere for visitors and staff.

Handling inquiries: Responding to inquiries from clients and visitors, providing general information, and escalating complex issues.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
