• Manage Directors/CEO work calendar.
• Coordination for creating daily schedule for the Director/CEO based on meetings, tasks or other agendas provides timely reminder's for it.
• Make travel accommodation arrangements.
• To a keep track of credit card and other direct expenses related to Director/CEO.
• Handling reception work
• Maintenance and procurement of stationery, housekeeping material, etc.
• End-to-end vendor management for various types of services.
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Format information for internal and external communication Memos, Emails, Presentations, Reports
• Support in maintenance of the equipment viz Housekeeping, Pantry, CCTV, Fire Fighting Equipment, Printing of the letterhead, visiting cards, or any other relevant document.
• Screen and direct phone calls appropriately.
• Maintaining records for all the couriers and other communications of the office.
• Organize and maintain the office filing system.
• Keep track record of AMC agreements, renewals, etc.
• Or any work given in the due course of time
