Executive Assistant Coimbatore
Key responsibilities:
Assisting Head - Operations with analysis and adequate data for the strategic decisions
Manage the various critical projects and programs across all the functions
To provide support for all internal and external meetings
Provide inputs on strategy, plans, analytical support and prepare MIS.
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
To maintain executive’s calendar. Schedule meetings; appointments and manage travel itineraries
To make a detailed report/presentation by liaising with all functions for all Management level recurring meetings on monthly / quarterly basis
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and client
Skills Competencies:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
A motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills - Excellent Written, Oral Communication Skills, and Analytical skills
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
Adaptable, comfortable in interaction with senior stakeholders
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
