Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks related to purchase and sales for various telecom projects.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients such as Indian Railways, to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage documentation, maintain records, and handle communications (emails, calls, etc.) with stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Assist in managing schedules, arranging meetings, and organizing project-related documentation.
Support the team in procurement activities, tracking inventory, and processing purchase orders.
Provide general administrative support to senior management.
Required Skills Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Experience in coordinating with internal and external teams.
Familiarity with the telecom industry and dealing with contractors is an advantage.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
