Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior wedding planners in the preparation and execution of weddings.
Communicate with clients to gather essential event details and preferences.
Help create and maintain wedding timelines and schedules.
Attend site visits and assist with location setups.
Handle day-of coordination tasks to ensure smooth operation of events.
Respond to client inquiries, providing updates and solutions as necessary.
Maintain client and vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality service and professionalism.
Assist with administrative tasks, including contracts, invoices, and client correspondence.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and wedding best practices.
Preparing PPT's as per client requirements.
Qualifications:

Strong interest in wedding planning and event management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior event planning or customer service experience is required.
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work on weekends, evenings, and on-site at events when necessary.
Education:

High school diploma required.
A degree or certification in Event Planning, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
IMMEDIATE JOINERS WILL BE PREFERRED.
