Event Supervisor
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Studio Rever. The Supervisor will oversee all aspects of production for events, ensuring that each project runs smoothly from initial planning to event execution. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of event production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Event Teams: Lead, manage, and direct production teams for events, including setup, execution, and teardown.
Project Planning Coordination: Collaborate with event managers, designers, and vendors to plan and execute event production timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
Resource Management: Ensure that all necessary equipment, materials, and personnel are available for production and event setups. Oversee inventory control and equipment maintenance.
On-Site Supervision: Oversee on-site production activities, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting any issues that arise during event setup, live production, and teardown.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety regulations and company policies are followed during event setup, operations, and teardown.
Post-Event Reporting: Provide feedback and reports on production outcomes, identifying any issues for improvement in future events.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event supervisor role or a related field.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of event production processes, including audio-visual setups, lighting, staging, and general event logistics
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and quality assurance
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Education: A degree or diploma in Event Management, Production, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
