Job Description

 Selling event and conference to corporates individuals

 Building Maintaining strong relationship networking to the

corporates and individuals.

 Planning execution of quality lead generation brand promotion

activity.

 Identify new avenues of business and bring in more banquet events to

the hotel.

 Encouraging repeat business through excellent customer service and

inquiry handling.

 Attends trade and travel shows of various market areas for promoting

hotel event business

 Identify off peak periods and undertake a comprehensive program of

sales activity to minimizing the impact of low activity periods.

 Maintaining of BIP BOB

 Other duties and tasks assigned by the management within the job

scope.

What are we looking for?

To successfully fill of this role at Ridhira Group, you should maintain the

attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

 A University graduate (preferably a marketing degree holder)

 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity with star hotels.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and organizational

skills.

 Good team player and able to manage by example.

 Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend analysis.
