Key Responsibilities:
Venue Coordination: Liaise with selected venue(s) for logistics, setup, and technical requirements
Vendor Management: Source and coordinate with catering, AV, photography, and rental vendors
Agenda Support: Assist in refining run-of-show, transitions, and time management
On-Site Event Management: Oversee event day setup, registration, speaker support, and guest flow
Branding Materials: Coordinate signage, badges, event collateral, and decor
Guest Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional experience for 80–100 attendees
Contingency Planning: Anticipate and troubleshoot logistical issues with composure and efficiency
