• 5-7 years of overall industry experience preferred
• 3-5 years in Command Control Centre / NOC / SOC
• Hands-on experience in 24x7 global IT operations
• Prior roles as IT Operations/Monitoring Specialist or Event Management Lead
Technical Skill Set

• Monitoring Tools
• Proficient in tools such as Datadog, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
• ServiceNow
• Strong hands-on experience in Event Management and Incident Management modules
• IT Infrastructure Knowledge
• Exposure to hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud), with understanding of network, compute, storage, virtualization
• Automation / AI/ML
• Basic understanding or exposure to SRE, AIOps, ML/automation tools for IT operations is a plus
• Certifications
• ITIL v3/v4 certification is preferred
• Communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Industry Background
• Service-based industry background is a nice-to-have
