Event Coordinator

Looking for a ‘excellent communicator’ go-getter for planning, coordinating and executing events .Managing event logistics including venue, food, branding, decor, technology etc.Planning financials for the event, including budget, vendors and expenses.Coordinating with vendors, including but not limited to: photography, catering, printing, procurements, technical support etcProject Management for extensive planning and timely execution.community building.Reaching out to people through email and other social media platforms for participationDocumentation of all events in active coordination with relevant stakeholders, including vendors, local partners, media, etc.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
