Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Events Coordinator to lead the planning, logistics, marketing, and execution of events for The Cookie Secrets. This individual will play a central role in bringing our immersive and empowering brand experiences to life—from concept to clean-up. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about events and logistics but also has a strong sense of design, community engagement, and storytelling.

This position reports directly to the Events Operations Manager and will work closely with marketing, production, and ambassador teams to ensure seamless execution of every event.

Key Responsibilities
Event Creation Logistics
Plan and coordinate in-person and virtual events from start to finish, including venue booking, vendor management, supplies, and run-of-show schedules
Handle event setup and teardown, ensuring all decor, signage, and materials align with brand guidelines
Track event ticket sales, guest RSVPs, attendance, and day-of sales using our internal systems
Act as the on-site host and main point of contact during events, ensuring a warm, safe, and engaging guest experience

Marketing Promotion
Design event marketing materials including flyers, digital graphics, and promo assets using Canva or similar tools
Post promotional content across The Cookie Secrets’ social platforms and personal accounts to build hype and ticket sales
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are launched on time with aligned messaging and visuals
Support outreach efforts to press, community groups, and partners for cross-promotion

Content Creation Social Media
Capture and share behind-the-scenes and live event content (Reels, Stories, Photos)
Post consistently during the event cycle: before (promo), during (live coverage), and after (recap)
Maintain and manage a social media calendar for event-related content
Tag all content with @thecookiesecrets and use brand-approved hashtags

Team Communication Reporting
Collaborate with Brand Ambassadors and vendors to coordinate responsibilities and flow
Provide post-event reports with highlights, metrics (ticket sales, attendance, engagement), and areas for improvement
Participate in weekly check-ins with the Events Operations Manager and submit event plans and recaps on time

Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years experience in event planning, community engagement, or marketing
Strong portfolio of past events, social content, or campaign materials
Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment—bonus if in a women-led or empowerment-focused space

Skills:
Proficiency in Canva (or other design platforms), social media tools, and Google Workspace
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
Comfortable on camera and in public-facing roles
Reliable transportation to and from all in-person events
