About the position
The Event Coordinator at U.S. Bank Stadium is responsible for providing professional client services support in the planning, organization, and management of events within the facility. This role involves overseeing logistics, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring successful execution of events from planning through to conclusion.
Responsibilities
• Meet with client groups to plan and organize assigned meetings and/or events.

• Guide clients in preparation of events by interpreting and explaining contract provisions, Stadium policies, and procedures.

• Keep clients informed about the status of deadline schedules, including event timelines and technical needs confirmations.
,
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and facility departments.
,
• Supervise event day staff and oversee all aspects of facility operations related to assigned events.
,
• Coordinate activities with various service contractors for assigned events.
,
• Work collaboratively with Stadium departments to communicate detailed requirements.
,
• Assist in scheduling operational event set-ups and strikes.
,
• Monitor and supervise facility set-up when necessary.
,
• Maintain close contact with clients and facility staff to ensure successful events.
,
• Follow up on all client requests, concerns, and problems.
,
• Prepare cost estimates and event settlements, and approve invoices related to assigned events.
,
• Attend planning and organization meetings in support of facility operations and events.
,
• Serve as manager on duty as required.
,
• Assist Event Managers with delegated responsibilities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
,
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
,
• Working knowledge of facility management principles and services.

• Experience in AutoCAD is preferred.
