• ● Ensure timely delivery of all necessary materials and services.
• * *Team Management:
• ● Manage and coordinate event staff and volunteers.
• ● Delegate tasks, provide training, and ensure effective communication.
• ● Oversee event logistics and ensure smooth operation on the day of the event
• * *Post-Event Analysis:
• ● Develop post-event reports and recommendations for future events.
• ● Compliance and Safety:
• ● Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• ● Manage insurance and legal obligations.
