(Dallas, TX)
Good Karma Brands is in need of an experienced and top performing Digital Sales Manager in our Dallas market. Our working partnership with ESPN allows us to offer brands and agencies the opportunity to reach the largest digital audience in its local markets through advertising on ESPN.com, the ESPN App, Pre-Roll highlights/SFV and through OTT/CTV on ESPN. We represent ESPN digital assets in multiple markets with local/regional presence, and we can offer advertisers access to any DMA in the country.

Daily Tasks of a Digital Sales Manager
Lead a talented, experienced and well connected sales team
Responsible for achieving digital budget for the Dallas office
Leverage existing relationships and knowledge of the marketplace for business development
Understand and effectively communicate the ESPN Digital/ Digital Video value proposition
Create strong relationships with key advertising partners/ prospects
Develop expertise of all internal sales systems and tools
Organize campaigns using multiple inventory sources
Provide feedback for sellers and coach/ advise/ mentor when needed
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of complete portfolio of digital sales solutions
Ability to identify and overcome partner objections and coach sales team through solutions
Ability to appropriately sell a premium product such as ESPN where price objections are common
Handle internal communication between the sales team and other departments at GKB
Be proactive in creating and finding solutions to daily challenges throughout your team and GKB
Be a GKB ambassador by adhering to the GKB core values: Be Honest, Work Hard, over Deliver, Listen, Teamwork and Follow Through
Preferred knowledge, skills and qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales
2+ years of sales management experience
3+ years of digital sales experience, preferably in the digital video space
Strong knowledge of Salesforce
Proven track record of business development
Experience navigating medium and large-scale advertising agencies
Experience working client direct at the senior decision making level
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
Previous sports marketing and media sales experience is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion to be a part of a team and the ability to work independently
Basic knowledge and experience with programmatic DSP’s
Hours/Salary/Benefits
This is an exempt role with a competitive base salary. This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
