We are ranked in the First Tier nationally in the category of Labor and Employment Litigation, as well as in both Employment Law and Labor Law on behalf of Management. This position is for an Of Counsel attorney for our Sacramento office.
The salary range for this position applies to our California offices and reflects a variety of factors considered in making compensation decisions. The expected salary range is $248,500-$272,000. Duties and Responsibilities:
This traditional labor position represents employers but will also include advice and counsel work with employers regarding federal and California workplace laws and other assignments.
All facets of Traditional Labor Relations include handling unfair labor practice charges, researching and writing, representing management in NLRB elections, providing legal advice, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, handling grievance and arbitration proceedings, and obtaining mass picketing injunctions.
Advising employers on wage and hour issues, leave management, disability accommodating issues, and other workplace issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
JD from an ABA accredited law school
Minimum + years of litigation or advice work as an attorney
Traditional labor experience preferred
