ERO is call taking person who answers the calls made on emergency no. (108), collects information regarding event/victims/event location and send emergency services (medical/police/fire) to the event location according to the need of the situation. Role

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls on 108
Ensuring excellent customer service.
Giving appropriate resolution to the caller query / request Complaints (QRC)
Dispatching ambulance / Police Fire to the event location as required
Maintain all information in system as required
Report TL / Managers for performances
Perform operational work as assigned
Competency Criteria:

Any Graduate
Language proficiency - English – Hindi – Marathi
Typing Speed 25-30 WPM, Accuracy Min- 80%
Focused on the outcome for the team and the company
Strong aptitude to learning new skills
Excellent general IT skills and knowledge – MS. Office – Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Visio
