We are seeking a licensed and EMDR-trained psychotherapist or social worker to join our collaborative, client-centered team.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Psychotherapist or Social Worker who is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to provide therapy services to clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety and related conditions. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about helping others heal, values collaboration and brings a strong clinical foundation in trauma work.

Responsibilities:

- Provide individual psychotherapy using EMDR and other appropriate therapeutic modalities

- Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

- Participate in team meetings, case consultations and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling Psychology

- Completed EMDR Training (EMDR Canada-approved program required)

- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience working with trauma-affected populations

- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive compensation based on experience and licensure

Pay: $16.55-$5+.73 per hour
