Email Marketing Manager

What you will do:
• Design, assemble and create overall Email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Segment databases based various parameters to perform different campaigns
• Setup Drip communication strategies for different stages of a customer journey
• Plan and design different CTAs for every template.
• Test achievement of each campaign and determine KPIs at each stage
• Evaluate campaign performance and suggest techniques for improvements.
• Categorize and segment lists of people on the basis of past email engagement and website
• interactions.
• Make documentation and guides for processes, A/B tests and promotions that prevail through
• email
• Compose newsletters and updates on a weekly basis
• Work closely with the Marketing teams as well as sales managers
• Develop and update templates for our email/whatsapp utilizing graphics, illustrations,
• personalization and propelled features
