Electrical Shift Engineer
We at Ambuja Neotia are seeking a proactive and experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to manage day-to-day electrical operations, maintenance, and safety within our commercial and residential real estate properties. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and shift management, ensuring optimal performance of building services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor electrical equipment and systems across the premises (HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, elevators, fire alarm systems, etc.)
• Manage and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules
• Conduct shift-wise inspections, logbook entries, and performance reporting
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for the timely execution of AMC and emergency support
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and electrical compliance standards
• Liaise with facility managers for timely issue resolution and system upgrades
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• 4–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, commercial buildings, or facility management
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and equipment handling
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills
