Role Overview:
As the Lead Psychologist, you will spearhead the design, development, and validation of psychometric assessments for students. You'll work closely with psychometricians, content developers, and the AI team to ensure scientific accuracy and cultural relevance in every tool we deploy.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of psychometric frameworks (e.g., DISC, Big Five, RIASEC, Learning Styles, EQ, Aptitude).
Supervise the creation of assessment items tailored to different age groups (especially classes 8–12).
Ensure all tools meet standards for reliability, validity, and ethical usage.
Collaborate with the data science and product team to implement AI-powered scoring and personalized career recommendations.
Create detailed interpretation rubrics for counselors and automated reporting logic.
Train internal counselors on test usage, interpretation, and ethical handling.
Review and approve final versions of assessments and reports before deployment.
Contribute to research publications or whitepapers based on our data and tools.
Represent Studisaarthi at academic events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

Required Skills Qualifications:
M.Phil or PhD in Psychology (Educational or Counseling specialization strongly preferred)
Strong experience in psychometric assessment design and validation
Deep understanding of student psychology, career development theories, and personality testing
Familiarity with assessment norms in Indian educational contexts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with tech teams and translating psychological concepts into digital tools

Research publications or projects in the field of psychometrics or educational psychology
Multilingual proficiency (especially in Hindi or Gujarati) is a plus
