Job description
● Sales Strategy Development:

■ Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve

sales targets and drive market penetration.

■ Identify key market opportunities and create tailored strategies to maximize

growth in different regions across India.

■ Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with overall business

objectives.

● Team Leadership and Development:

■ Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing national sales team.

■ Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of continuous

improvement and high performance.

■ Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the

sales team.

● Market Expansion:

■ Expand Vrudhi EdTech’s footprint by establishing and nurturing relationships

with schools, educational institutions, government bodies, and other key

stakeholders.

■ Drive B2B sales efforts, focusing on both private and public sector

opportunities.

■ Identify and secure strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market

presence and reach.

● Revenue Growth and Management:

■ Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set for the national

market.

■ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure effective decision-

making and strategy adjustment.

■ Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on progress to senior

management.

● Customer Relationship Management:

■ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

■ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective

account management and support.

■ Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and

service improvements.

● Sales Operations and Process Optimization:

■ Develop and implement standardized sales processes and best practices to

ensure efficiency and scalability.

■ Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and

provide regular sales reports.

■ Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align

efforts and drive cohesive go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

● Experience:

■ Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership

role, preferably in the EdTech sector.

■ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving

revenue growth.

■ Strong experience in managing large sales teams and driving national sales

strategies.

● Skills:

■ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

■ Strong understanding of the Indian education market, including both K-12 and

higher education segments.

■ Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and drive results.

■ Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

■ Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales management software.

● Education:

■ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or

equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
