About Us:

We are a rapidly growing EdTech company on a mission to transform education through innovative digital learning solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our remote sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored EdTech solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demos for leads and clients.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech or B2C/B2B sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal written).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
