We’re looking for a skilled E-Commerce Specialist who will play an instrumental role in supporting all facets across the E-Commerce landscape. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and collaborative individual, with a keen interest in ensuring the overall performance of the E-Commerce channel is maximized and the ultimate shopping experience is delivered to MATT NAT customers in the online world.
Job Description
Prepare and built seasonal catalogues for the website (English and French)
Prepare and built seasonal sales files for the website (English and French)
Work directly in the E-Commerce platform system, writing product content is accurate, posted and completed.
Support photo studio team and graphic designer in ecommerce images delivery
Review and update existing products to include the most up to date product information and features
Update inventory, request stock and approve requests of stock from the Ecom warehouses.
Create promotional codes / gift cards
Ensure all price promotions are up to date
Manage and review product presentation on site to ensure accuracy
Manage and update visual banners on our Shopify store
Ensure the product images, descriptions and prices are accurate and constantly updated;
Work with marketing team to plan promotions on our website, grow and drive traffic, sales of our brands and assist in running site-wide promotional events.
Provide reporting and analytics on key online performance indicators
Analyze sales data and remain well informed of competitive listings to provide feedback to marketing team to promote the low seller in social media
Be in daily contact with the developer for all changes, updates, modifications on the website
Manage relationships and performance of third parties such as affiliate company (regarding affiliates opportunities) Google, Online advertising agency, CRM, website platform provider, etc.
Provide to our translators, the documents and texts needed.
Assist Care department with issues or troubleshooting related to the website
Assist in any Ecommerce related

Quick and resourceful, team-player, flexible, accurate and very detail-oriented
Experience with email marketing platforms (ex: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Bronto) and Google Analytics an asset
Experience with Shopify in managing and updating banners
Knowledge in Shopify Momentis and Salesforce, an asset
Knowledge and experience in Excel
