We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketplace Strategy Lead to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and technical skills to drive business growth across multiple marketplaces.
"
Key Responsibilities
"
1. Develop and execute marketplace strategies to increase visibility and sales for Angaraa's products.
"
2. Manage daily operations, including order management, customer service, promotions, and account health.
"
3. Plan and scale inventory sales, including FBA, to meet business objectives.
"
4. Lead and mentor a small team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and long-term success.
"
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and improve overall customer experience.
"
6. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
"
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices of marketplaces, especially Amazon US.
"
Requirements
"
1. Proven experience with Seller Central of different marketplaces, including managing large budgets on Marketplaces Advertising.
"
2. Strong understanding of e-commerce businesses and marketplaces.
"
3. Ability to work flexible hours during peak periods.
"
4. Excellent communication, analytical, and excel skills.
"
5. Basic knowledge of HTML.
"
6. Experience in team management and leadership.
"
Preferred Qualifications
"
Prior experience working in European marketplaces is highly desirable.
"
