Ecommerce executive
Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize the company's presence on various online
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve product visibility, and drive traffic to the marketplace listings.
• Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Conduct competitive research and analysis to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion, pricing optimization, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, customer reviews, and seller ratings.
• Identify and resolve issues related to product listings, order fulfillment, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and product launch strategies on the marketplaces.
• Stay up-to-date with marketplace policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as inventory management, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with marketplace representatives, including account managers and support teams, to address any technical issues or inquiries.
• Analyze marketplace data and generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to expand into new marketplaces and manage the onboarding process for new platforms.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketplace management or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
