Role Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience in jewelry or D2C ecommerce marketing specifically for the US market. Strong expertise in PPC advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads) and social media marketing is required. This is an on-site role in Jaipur, India, and candidates must be willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and industry trend studies to optimize campaigns.
- Manage social media marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
- Utilize Google AdWords, Merchant Center, and Google Analytics for campaign optimization and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing specifically in the jewelry or luxury retail ecommerce sector.
- Proven track record in managing successful Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns for the US market.
- Expertise in PPC advertising including budgeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Google AdWords, Merchant Center, and Google Analytics.
- Experience in social media marketing including paid campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
