eCommerce Customer Service Associate (Full-Time, In-Store)

We’re looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate to join our growing team! You’ll help support our customers across online, phone, and in-store channels — answering questions, processing orders, and making sure they have a great experience from start to finish.

This is a full-time, in-store role (not remote/hybrid). We're looking for someone based in the Greater Toronto Area who can commute to our Etobicoke store daily.

What You’ll Do:

Accurately process and place orders, and prepare shipping labels for daily online orders
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and smooth order fulfillment
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information and troubleshooting issues
Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and problem resolution
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of products to assist customers and facilitate sales
Process and manage customer returns, ensuring that the return process is smooth and efficient
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and updating records
Who You Are:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
Strong ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Positive, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
Knowledge of auto parts is a plus but not required
Schedule Pay:

Full-time, Monday to Friday
+:00 AM to 5:30 PM (40 hrs/week)
No evenings or weekends required
Optional remote weekend hours may be available — completely voluntary
Starting at $21/hour, with performance-based increases
