As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Content Coordinator to help us maintain our online presence and deliver top-notch content to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Data Management: Add and maintain accurate product information on our ecommerce website and associated platforms.
Content Preparation: Prepare data and images for use on our ecommerce site and point of sale systems.
Customer Service Support: Cross-train in core customer service tasks to provide cover during busy periods.
Required Skills:

Tech-Savvy: Confidence in general computing, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Independent Worker: Ability to carry out tasks independently and efficiently.
Industry Knowledge: Experience with outdoor gear is highly desirable.
Ecommerce Experience: Familiarity with Magento ecommerce platforms is a definite advantage.
