Role Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and caring Early Years Homeroom Teachers who can create a warm, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate environment for preschool-aged children in line with the IB PYP Early Years framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement age-appropriate, inquiry and play-based learning experiences
• Encourage play, exploration, and creativity in daily routines
• Foster children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Build strong, respectful relationships with students and parents
• Maintain ongoing documentation of student learning and progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment with IB PYP practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience with early learners (IB PYP, Montessori, or Reggio Emilia experience preferred)
• Understanding of play-based and inquiry-led pedagogy
• Warm, empathetic, and responsive demeanor
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
