We’re on the lookout for a passionate and qualified Childcare Educator to join our warm and dedicated team at Happy Hearts Avalon, located on Sydney’s beautiful Northern Beaches.
About the Role
As a valued Educator in our team, you will:
Create engaging and meaningful learning experiences for children aged 0–5
Foster strong, nurturing relationships with children and families
Collaborate with a team of passionate educators
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid, CPR, Asthma Anaphylaxis training
A genuine passion for early years education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
