Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Guest Relations Executive, located on-site in Rajkot. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing guest inquiries, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling complaints. Other day-to-day tasks include coordinating with other departments to provide exceptional service, maintaining guest records, and promoting and upselling hotel services.
Qualifications
• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties
• Sales and promotional skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is advantageous
