We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who can support us with customer service and telesales at our head office.

Job description:

Serve customers by

Determining customer requirements

Answering inquiries resolving issues if any

Sell additional services

Fulfill requests maintain the database

Desired Candidate Profile:

Mandatory fluency in (Tamil, Telugu English, Hindi)

6month-2 years exp in Customer Service Experience; preferably in voice or retail process.

Data Entry Skills, Listening Skills, Problem Solving.
