Team Leader Operations” Customer Service BFSI Background from BPO sector only

Roles and responsibilities:

 Experience in Customer service in BPO Mandatory

 Responsible for staff retention within the team

 Manage day-to-day activities of the team and ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines

 Encourage and motivate team to meet organizational goals.

 proactively updates on new procedures.

 Presents detailed information and responds to questions from Managers, Clients and Customers.

 Responsible for maintaining discipline/absenteeism of team on the floor.

 Responsible for feedback and coaching.

 Good MS Office knowledge.

 Work closely with the teams to achieve Qualitative targets specified by the Client.

 will be responsible for hourly daily performance.

 will be responsible for client communication for his particular process.

 Need to ensure low performers are motivated, to get the required revenue from them

Eligibility:

 Graduate from a recognized Institute / University in any discipline.

 should be good in written and verbal communication with good knowledge of MS-Excel.

 should be aware of basic KRA’s of TL( Attrition Shrinkage )

 should be a confirmed employee

 Employees with Grade 1A/1B can only apply

 No warning letter should have been initiated during the last 6 months of tenure with CBSL

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
