We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Executive to join our engineering support team. This role is ideal for candidates comfortable working on a computer, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experienced in managing and formatting technical and administrative documents in English and online bidding . The position offers a Work From Home setup, with weekly in-person team meetings in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, format, and manage documentation using MS Word and Excel
Maintain structured digital and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval
Perform data entry, document editing, and report generation
Assist in searching, analyzing, and participating in tenders from government and private portals
Manage and coordinate online bid submission processes, including compiling and organizing necessary bid documents
Support tender and bid management activities by preparing compliance forms, technical documents, and covering letters in accordance with tender requirements
Format and finalize documents as per specific client or tender specifications
Convert and manage files in multiple formats (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.)
Ensure document accuracy, version control, and compliance with internal standards
Collaborate with the engineering and management teams to ensure timely and complete bid submissions
Coordinate weekly documentation and tender updates during in-office meetings
