The Opportunity
The North-South Corridor Program Delivery Office was established with the sole purpose of planning and delivering the final section of the North-South Corridor between the River Torrens and Darlington.
This is a multi-billion dollar project that will complete the final and most complex stages of a 78km free-flowing motorway that is vital to both the future economy and the liveability of Adelaide - the Missing Link.
The Infrastructure Delivery division delivers transport and social infrastructure projects including roads and bridges, rail and marine, through from point of funding approval, scoping and assessment in procurement, design, delivery, and commissioning.
We are seeking to recruit multiple Document Controllers across North-South Corridor and Infrastructure Delivery to provide accurate and confidential management of documents prepared and received by the project teams, contractors and client groups.
The roles assist the directorates and project teams in implementing and maintaining efficient and effective records, document management systems and procedures that will meet best practice and adherence to records management requirements. The role will include key system administrator and training responsibilities for information management systems and liaise with a range of stakeholders both within and external to the Department.
This is a dynamic, challenging, and rewarding role, in a fast-paced environment with often competing priorities that contributes a wide range of project support functions.
Qualifications/Experience
Successful candidates should be proficient in the use of the MS Office suite of applications and have demonstrated experience in the administration, setup and use of information management and collaboration systems such as:
Aconex
Teambinder
RIB CX (formally iTWOcx)
A Qualification in records management is also highly desirable.
Special Conditions
A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.
Remuneration
ASO5 - $85,7+0 to $+5,413 pa + superannuation.
