Full job description
We are inviting applications for a Divisional Administrator to work in the Division of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work.

The primary aim of this role is to provide comprehensive and proactive administrative support for divisional staff and to facilitate the smooth running of activities undertaken in the School. This is a varied and demanding role and will involve flexibility and the ability to prioritise tasks in order to deliver administrative support for academic, administrative and external customers at all levels.

You will have experience of working with complex administrative processes in a customer focused office environment; be able to identify and resolve issues effectively; have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise a variety of work activities in a busy environment, meet strict deadlines and maintain accuracy and attention to detail; and have experience of working as part of a team.
