Join Arogya Samriddhi, a fast-growing healthcare startup on a mission to make affordable healthcare accessible to every household in India. We’re expanding our reach in Mathura, and we're looking for a District Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager to lead and inspire our local sales teams!
???? What You’ll Do:
1.Lead and manage a team of field sales executives and team leaders in the Mathura district.
2.Drive performance to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3.Conduct regular field visits to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Ops, Marketing) to support field execution.
5.Address on-ground operational challenges and mentor team members.
Build strong relationships within the healthcare ecosystem (clinics, hospitals, local stakeholders).
???? Who You Are:
1. 4–6 years of experience in field sales or team management (Healthcare, FMCG, or direct sales preferred).
2. Strong leadership, communication problem-solving skills.
3. Comfortable with on-ground activities and frequent local travel.
4. Proven ability to manage distributed teams and deliver results.
5. Already based in or willing to relocate to Mathura.

1. Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month
