Full job description
Connections Home Care Nursing is looking for experienced disability support workers who have experience supporting clients living with various disabilities.

Immediate start, training and development opportunities.

The successful candidate must:

· have a wide availability- Monday-Sunday

· be able to support clients throughout Melbourne

· have a current valid Victorian driver's license and access to a car to transport clients (desirable)

· Non-drivers are also welcome to apply

The support required for our clients include community access, respite and personal care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.50 – $43.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 38 per week

10 hour shift
12 hour shift
8 hour shift
Afternoon shift
Day shift
Evening shift
Fixed shift
Monday to Friday
Morning shift
Night shift
Public holidays
Rotating roster
Shift work
Weekend availability
