Kirinari Community Services Limited is a rapidly expanding support service that provides quality care to individuals in their day-to-day living. Our dynamic team is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join us in Port Macquarie, Mid North Coast NSW.
About the Position:
We provide direct support across a range of customer needs, including domestic and personal care assistance, as well as helping our customers access and engage with the community. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public/school holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support to customers in their day-to-day living
Assist customers with domestic and personal care tasks
Help customers access and engage with the community
Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
Requirements:
Experience working in disability support services
Ability to work shift work, including regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public/school holidays
Resilience, confidence, and ability to work independently and as a team
Strong communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships
Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screening Check prior to commencement
