The Early Childhood Regulatory Authority, part of the Department of Education, is seeking an experienced regulator to lead as Director, Regulation. This role requires strong leadership, administrative decision-making skills, and a passion for innovation.

Developing, implementing, and evaluating frameworks, systems, tools, and processes for consistent, fair, efficient, and effective regulatory practice.
Implementing effective processes for work planning, resource allocation, and prioritization of regulatory effort based on intelligence- and data-led risk assessment.
Providing oversight, guidance, and support for high-quality regulatory decision-making and leadership for high-risk and complex matters.
