Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions on menu selections, communicating with the kitchen regarding menu inquiries, and re-cooking orders as needed.
• Table Setting: Set tables according to event type and service standards, ensuring a polished and inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Transaction Management: Maintain accurate records of transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order and communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including china and glassware throughout the day.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related work experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and objects weighing over 50 pounds with assistance.
