We are looking for a motivated and articulate Digital Sales Associate to handle sales outreach and lead conversions through phone-based communication. The role is fully voice-driven and ideal for someone confident in explaining digital advertising solutions and closing deals over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up with warm leads.
Pitch Google Ads services tailored to client needs and budgets.
Share pricing, proposals, and guide prospects toward a buying decision.
Maintain CRM updates with lead status, call notes, and deal progress.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal sharing and campaign onboarding.
Meet monthly targets for calls made, leads followed up, and deals closed.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in phone-based sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Basic understanding of Google Ads or a strong willingness to learn.
Confident in handling client objections and converting interest into action.
Familiarity with CRM tools and call management workflows.
