Role Overview:

We are looking for a Holistic Digital Media Planner who can develop and execute full-funnel digital media strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of media platforms, and the ability to blend performance marketing with brand-building efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning Execution : Develop end-to-end digital media plans aligned with client objectives, covering brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Cross-Channel Media Planning : Create integrated campaigns across social, search, programmatic, video, influencer, and e-commerce media.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Use audience insights, competitive analysis, and performance data to optimize media mix and budget allocation.

Collaboration Coordination : Work closely with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and measurement of campaigns.

Trendspotting Innovation : Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, platforms, and ad formats to recommend innovative media strategies.

Client Servicing Reporting : Present media plans, justify channel selection, and deliver performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

✅ 3-5 years of experience in digital media planning buying (agency experience preferred).

✅ Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Programmatic (DV360, Trade Desk), Amazon Ads, and Influencer Marketing.

✅ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel.

✅ Knowledge of audience segmentation, first-party data strategies, and media attribution models.

✅ Ability to balance brand marketing with performance marketing objectives.

✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

✨ Experience with retail media networks (Amazon, Flipkart Ads)

✨ Knowledge of AI-driven media buying automation tools

✨ Exposure to regional vernacular media strategies
