We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about social and search media, understands platform nuances, and can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on execution role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid social and search campaigns. From strategy to performance optimization, you’ll manage platform execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver results that align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and manage paid social and search campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other key platforms.
• Translate business objectives into platform-specific strategies and targeting plans.
• Own daily budget pacing, bid strategies, A/B testing, and KPI tracking (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brief and QA ad creatives, ensure platform best practices are followed.
• Work with tech/data teams to set up UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and audience retargeting pixels.
• Stay up to date with algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging ad formats.
Requirements
• 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social (Meta Ads) and search (Google Ads).
• Proven success managing direct response campaigns with clear KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and conversions.
• Familiarity with campaign structure best practices, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
• Experience using tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Events Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Data-driven mindset with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting campaign insights to internal and external teams.
Nice to Have
• Experience in a high-growth startup or digital-first agency environment.
• Familiarity with AI-based campaign optimization tools.
• Certifications in Meta Blueprint or Google Ads are a plus.
