Digital Marketing | Real Estate
We are hiring for the role of Digital Marketing, Manager. Candidate must have experience in Real Estate.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Prepare and manage performance and digital marketing budget Oversee all the companys social media accounts, manage and improve online content, Google Analytics and SEM Rush.
· Should be able to work with Web designers,Graphic Designers, and Content Writers to achieve overall marketing goals
· To plan, implement and manage Media Campaigns across a portfolio of products, with thorough understanding of web, mobile, SEO/ SEM, social media, display advertising, digital ATL, emails, affiliates, database, and digital PR
· Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
· Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, and use data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns
· Creating a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan and get efficient CAC
· Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budgets to drive strong return on
· Work closely with Pre-Sales and Project Sales to understand trends and increase leads/walk in
· Work closely with key agency and technology partners to enhance consumers experience on digital platform
· To develop, manage and maintain websites (including SEO) and other digital assets
· Develop assets for communication (creatives,videos,ads)
· Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement new strategies as appropriate
Desired Candidate Profile
· Hands on experience in PPC, Social Media Marketing, Display and Native Ads, Programmatic, SEM and SEO
· Strong understanding of performance marketing funnel and optimization tactics and strategies
· Should have done key assignments/key campaigns on content marketing, influencer marketing, blogger outreach and driving organic traffic from various social media channels
· Should have worked on digital initiatives like apps, consumer portals, whatsapp for business, chatbots, integration with CRM etc.
· Prior work experience in the Real Estate industry would be an added advantage
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹+00,000.00 per year
