We seek a highly motivated Marketing Automation Production Specialist to join our growing, high-performing team of email automation experts and specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of email marketing programs in support of business objectives.

This individual maintains a current understanding of email and digital marketing standards, and applies them to campaign execution. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, a self-starter, a creative thinker, analytical, ready to learn and participate in a data-driven learning organization, passionate about delivering on schedule, and constantly looking for new opportunities to improve performance and operational efficacy of our email programs.

What will you do?
• Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment of one-time and dynamic content and automation-enabled campaigns.
• Build landing pages in web content publishing platform (Adobe Experience Manager) and marketing automation system (Eloqua).
• Enforce email list hygiene rules to ensure deliverability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email and landing page execution.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency in communications.
• Offer thoughtful insights, advice and recommendations regarding email tactics and opportunities for contact and email optimization.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science or related major required.

Experience
• 1-3 years of proven experience in marketing automation programs (Eloqua preferred).
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in web content publishing platforms (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
• Proficiency in web coding languages such as HTML and CSS.
• Experience or familiarity with project management software (Workfront preferred).
• Strong time management skills, attention to detail, prioritization abilities, and a drive to take ownership of issues and tasks.
• Experience with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CASL, and CAN-SPAM Act.
• Good command of the English language (written and verbal).
