Roles Responsibilities - This person will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing digital marketing activities and growth for KTRIAN in US and EU markets for brand awareness and lead generation.
1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (including social media, website and email) to increase brand awareness and assist the sales team for lead generation.
2. Monitor and analyze online performance to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement to optimize content.
3. Develop and manage engagement with target staffing companies and stakeholders to drive engagement.
4. Plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic to the company's website.
5. Build and grow KTRIAN’s social media presence, including content creation, community management, and generate back linking.
6. Work with cross-functional teams in-house for building employer branding of KTRIAN.
