About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Smart Source as a CRM and Loyalty Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM and Offline-to-Online (O2O) strategy that drives repeat revenue for app/web customers.
Key Accountabilities:
Daily Campaign Performance: Perform daily analysis of campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth;
: Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting key metrics and insights;
: Develop and implement user segmentation strategies to deliver targeted content to users;
: Conduct regular A/B testing to optimize email, SMS, and push notification content;
