Digital Marketing Manager
This is a special role created to assist the MD and Marketing head directly in day-today marketing activities and initiatives. The suitable person should be smart enough to learn new processes and marketing technologies used at Educart and manage the processes independently
Responsibilities
❖ Ads: Ensure all ad campaigns for products are created and running with optimisation on Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, Flipkart, Google Ads etc.
❖ Content Marketing: We run a lot of content writing campaigns on Email, Whatsapp, Quora, Brainly, Website, Youtube, Linkedin, and News media platforms (TOI, HT, Indian express etc). You should be good at content writing and able to timely manage content copy and delivery.
❖ SEO: This is a must for us to aggressively rank and generate digital sales through our website on a regular basis. Both on-page and off-page, including near merchant centre setup.
❖ Influencer Marketing: A large part of our online marketing budget goes into influencer marketing. Interacting with these influencers, negotiating deals and being able to crack them is key to a marketing head. You’d be travelling at times to close the deals.
❖ Research: Be able to regularly research and identify any Marketing software, analytical tool or resource requirement as part of growth or process improvement and train the team to use it
Skills Needed:- Proficient in excel (vlookups, formulae’s data analysis) Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
